Arizona
Tenants Advocates & Association
Services
Did you
know one-third of Arizona residents are renters? In 2002 alone, there
were more than 70,000 Maricopa county residents wrestling with threats
of eviction. Where do renters turn for help?
Arizona Tenants Advocates & Association is a nonprofit organization
that provides guidance to renters who are facing eviction, have inadequate
air conditioning, are experiencing difficulties getting repairs done,
need to break their leases, and have questions regarding other
landlord-tenant issues.
When you come to Arizona Tenants Advocates & Association, you
receive the benefit of expertise dating back to 1993. The first step is
free. Just call
480-557-8905 and we will answer simple questions you may have about
your rights, including providing referrals to a variety of community resources.
At that time, if more help is needed, an appointment can be set up. That
is where you will truly capitalize on our knowledge and programs.
Arizona Tenants Advocates & Association membership is open
to any person living in Arizona, subject to the restrictions outlined
here. Once a member, you or any of your householders are entitled to free
consultations for the duration of the membership. When you are dealing
with Arizona Tenants Advocates & Association, you can rely
on our integrity, very fair prices, superior knowledge, aggressive advocacy,
a track record second to none, and creditable community relations.
