    • pest problems- had bees coming into our home for the first two months, larvae came through wall crack where the bees were coming in, completely disgusting, a shooting occured across the way involving drugs, and numerous police have been spotted many times 2010-02-12
    • This community has had chronic problems with underground water pipes since at least 2006. This problem causes the water to have to be shut off for repairs several days of every month. Management has done nothing to permanently remedy the problem. 2010-03-27

    • Although entry/exit driveways are gated, the rest of the property is not, allowing on-foot access to the entire property. Additionally, as previously noted, water service is interrupted several days of each month. 2010-03-27
