What You Can Do To Help Pass HB2733!

It’s a Simple Equation:

1. Contact your legislators to express your desire that they support the bill. You can telephone, fax, write a letter, e-mail, or even go down there in person.

What you say is your decision, but you may find it advantageous to first review the information about HB2733 presented on this website. If applicable, it would be helpful to relate your personal experiences vis-a-vis the issues you are raising.

You can identify your legislative district and who your legislators are through the link below or here. At this point, the priority contacts would be your representatives, as the bill has yet to progress from the House to the Senate.

If you feel truly motivated to contact anyone else, others could be contact in this priority: Bill Konopnicki, who is Chairman of the House Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee; Manuel Alvarez, the bill’s main sponsor; other members of the House Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee; the remaining House representatives; and all senators.
