    • Do NOT give this company money orders!! They will loose them or someone in the company will steal them!! keep copies of everything!! No response from upper management on any issues- tried for 6 months! I don't recommend their apartments- other tenants hav 2009-02-26

    • No notices given about contruction that has gone on for over a month with electrical cords all over the place, parking lot cluttered with trucks not parked and other construction equipment, roach problem, no repairs offered to water damage from flood, no 2007-06-26
    • You can also call to get the bug guy to spray for pests, but it will get you no where. Repairs to appliances consist of hand made metal pieces screwed onto them and white out to cover scrapes made buy their tools (no joke to the whiteout-eye witness to i 2007-09-16

    • Apartments rarely have hot water, you literally have to run the water for about 20 mins. to get lukewarm water, and plumbing is worked on at least weekly where the water in the building is completely turned off without notice to the occupants. 2011-12-21
