    • management is rude and Tim Wright is difficult to deal with. He will try to evict you at the end of your lease to make extra money and then refuses to give you your deposits back. He makes up damage and will take you to court and the judge most likely w 2006-06-05
    • Tim Wright is a horrible Landlord. He has no morals and will try to take you for your money. He is involved in a lot of court cases. 2006-06-06
    • I can't say enough bad things. Rentals Tempe (Tim Wright) singles out tenants who can't defend themselves. We went without heat for 13 days, most of it with no call back from the agency. He fined us for other peoples litter. He sues tenants that move out 2007-02-14
    • Had to get an order of protection from owner who would constantly threaten and harass. He would even violate the order to intimidate. He refused to acccept rent and then would take me to court for non-payment. 2009-01-11
    • I rented from Tim Wright in Encinitas, CA. I wanted to move before my lease was up, and Tim helped me find a new tenant to take over the lease in less than two weeks. When it came time to return my security deposit + refund prorated rent for the new ten 2010-06-15

    • Common areas are not maintaned well. Lots of dirt and debris and pests. He will try to charge you for these areas and if there is any pet feces he will acuse you of having a pet not on the lease without proof and try to take you to court or charge extra 2006-06-05
    • Tim Wright likes to buy old rundown places and fix them up and try to charge you for old and faulty fixtures, appliances and facilities upon moveout. Don't believe me try googling him. 2006-06-06
    • property was in extremly poor living condition with black mold and termite infestation. Landlord refused to repair. strucrtural damage inside and out. landlord unrespomsive 2006-06-23

    • Tim Wright likes to buy cheap and unsanitary places and put some cosmetic work into them so they look "safe". There were a lot of problems with my apartments, circits tripping, faulty ac, cockroach and scorpion infestation and dust control issues. He wi 2006-06-05
    • Upon being notified that our neighbors had moved out and left their cats behind locked into the apartment, he did nothing. The cops had to be called, and we had no answer why the landlord chose not to get involved. The cats went to the bathroom everywhere 2007-02-14
    • Tim Wright should be thrown in jail!!!!!!!!! 2007-04-25
    • Terrible place to live, a terrible decision overall. Thought I could help repair the place a little, and received no cooperation from the landlord. Put over $500 worth of repairs (my own money) into the house, and still did not receive my deposit back. I' 2007-10-25
    • Will not fix things, management makes appointments to come and never shows up and will avoid your calls. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! 2010-07-17
