    • Kandace is unavailable for phone calls and does not return phone calls. 2008-02-13
    • I have contacted the management about my unit MANY TIMES since move in and have had very poor results with the issues and work orders being completed. I have had to turn off my main water supply to the home 2 times. Only one of those times has it been fix 2011-07-20
    • The property management does not follow up on repair requests in a timely manner. Example: Reported I had not heat on Dec 20 and the repair was finally made Jan 14. Likewise, I am still waiting for my electric to be repaired and that was reported over two 2013-01-17

    • When we moved in we were told there was no pest issues but quickly discovered a mosquito, spider, coackroach, ant, wasp, yellowjacket, silverfish and TICK issue. We have 3 pets. The ground weeds were cut down but never treated as per the agreement prior t 2011-07-20

    • Our AC unit has been as issue since move in. I notified them of the issue and was told to install a new filter it did not fix the problem. I then mentioned a circulation issue due to shag carpets and I was told to keep all interior doors open at all times 2011-07-20
