    • The Mirage on Camelback is one of their properties. There is constantly fire alarms going off at all hours of the day and night. You make a formal complaint and you will not get a response. I have lived here for over 8 months and would not recommend th 2006-09-07
    • Refused to give me a copy of my lease-Scottsdale police had to get my lease from the property staff for me. Did not follow mold addendum to lease which states they are to provide tenant a place to stay when mold is found in the apartment. 2007-04-12 2007-04-12
    • Regarding AZUL APARTMENT HOMES AND BORREGO APARTMENT HOMES: Everytime I go into the building that houses the leasing agent area, office, and clubhouse, I have to deal with a RUDE blond woman. She is rude and something or someone else is always more im 2007-05-06
    • Fairfield Properties took over the apt complex in 2006. Since then, our rent had been raised by almost $200 more per month. In the beginning, there were promises of great improvements regarding landscaping and security. No such improvements materialize 2008-05-03

    • Must run hot water 2 minutes to get hot supplied: no recirculation to keep hot water available at all times. Water pressure reduced because of repeated underground hot water line breakage: water turned off frequently, sometimes without warning at the most 2006-11-20
    • A/C intake unit including blower fan is caked with black dirt and mold, possibly the same mold found in other parts of the apt, a toxic mold called Aspergillus and Penicillium. Mgt covers mold infestation. Bath ventilation inadequate, trash around grounds 2007-04-12
    • My $1,075 apartment is on a corner of the building. My bedroom is this corner and it gets so hot that I cannot utilize this room in the spring and summer. The AC doesn't even cool it down. I can't operate my PC in there nor sleep in there. I don't th 2007-05-06
